Privacy statement
This statement explains which personal data we process when you visit our website or send an enquiry, what for, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Who are we?
Stavhaus is a trade name of Dromenbouw, a building contractor in Eindhoven that builds throughout Noord-Brabant. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement.
- Dromenbouw, Locatellistraat 4 A, 5654 JE Eindhoven, the Netherlands
- E-mail: [email protected]
- Phone: +31 6 30 40 58 88
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 95836861
Which data do we process?
We only process the data you give us yourself, through the enquiry form on this website or when you call, e-mail or WhatsApp us:
- Your name, e-mail address and, if you fill it in, your phone number
- Your postcode and house number, the address where we would build
- What you would like to build and, if you fill them in, the size, your budget, when and your message
- The photos you send with the form, for example of the spot or of a building that has to go
In addition, technical data such as your IP address and browser type are briefly recorded when you visit the website, solely for its proper and secure operation.
What do we use your data for?
- to answer your enquiry and contact you;
- to prepare a quote and carry out the work;
- to keep the website working properly and securely.
The legal basis is the performance of (steps prior to) an agreement, and your consent where you send us something of your own accord.
How long do we keep your data?
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for no more than 12 months. The photos you send with the form are kept in our website storage for 180 days and are then deleted automatically. Data that belongs to an order is kept for as long as needed and to meet the statutory (tax) retention period of 7 years.
Who helps us with this?
We do not sell your data. We do work with service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google (Workspace): our business e-mail. Your enquiry reaches us through Google as an e-mail, and the confirmation to you is also sent through Google.
- Cloudflare: hosting and security of the website, and storage of the photos you send (180 days).
- Telegram: sends us a short alert on our phone as soon as you send the form (your name, contact details, address and message, without photos), so we can respond quickly.
- PDOK: when you enter your postcode, the page looks up the street and town at PDOK, a service of the Dutch government. Only the postcode is sent.
WhatsApp. With the WhatsApp button you can send us a message or photo directly. That is your choice. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) with its own privacy policy; Meta may process usage data, such as your phone number, outside the EU as well. We only use your messages and photos to answer your question and prepare a quote.
Transfer outside the EU
Google and Cloudflare are American companies and Telegram is based outside the European Union. Your data may therefore also be processed outside the European Economic Area, where the level of protection differs from that within the EU. Would you rather avoid that? Then call us on +31 6 30 40 58 88.
Cookies
This website places no cookies for statistics or advertising and has no advertising pixel or other tracking. The fonts are loaded from our own server, not through Google Fonts.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All traffic with our website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and the photos can only be opened with the unique link in our e-mail.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access: ask which data we hold about you;
- Rectification: have incorrect data corrected;
- Erasure: have your data deleted;
- Restriction: have the processing temporarily stopped;
- Objection: object to the processing;
- Data portability: receive your data in a common file format;
- Withdrawal of consent, where the processing is based on it.
One e-mail to [email protected] is enough. We respond as soon as possible, at the latest within four weeks. We do not take decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
Lodging a complaint
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this privacy statement from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.
